This cocktail is all about the transformation. Just as Cinderella exchanges rags for a gorgeous ballgown, this refreshing drink changes color before your eyes—from a vibrant blue to a deep purple. A little sweet, a little tart, and a little floral—it’s a delicious concoction fit for a princess.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Butterfly Pea Flower–infused vodka 
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice 
  • ¾ oz simple syrup 
  • ½ oz Cointreau or triple sec 
  • Sugared rim 
  • Lemon twist for garnish

Equipment:

  • Glass or pitcher for steeping
  • Martini glass
  • Cocktail shaker

Instructions:

  1. Infuse: Combine dried butterfly pea flowers and vodka. Let it steep for 1 hour, then strain.
  2. Prepare: Lightly coat the rim of the martini glass with lemon juice, then dip it in sugar.
  3. Combine: Add infused vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, cointreau, and ice to a cocktail shaker to blend. 
  4. Strain and Serve: Strain into a martini glass, garnish, and serve immediately.
