Fall For Dance Festival

September 22–October 3, 2026

The Fall for Dance Festival returns with an exhilarating lineup of artists from around the globe—with every ticket still just $30. Each program offers a vibrant mix of styles and perspectives, including world premiere commissions by Pony Cam (Burnout Paradise) and Robbie Fairchild; festival debuts by Soloists of the Vienna State Ballet, Lior Tavori Dance Company, and Juan Tomás de la Molía; and the return of A.I.M by Kyle Abraham, PHILADANCO!, Martha Graham Dance Company, Miami City Ballet, and more.

The Australian Ballet | October 8–11, 2026

Choreographed by Tony winner Christopher Wheeldon and performed by The Australian Ballet under David Hallberg’s artistic direction in its first major New York engagement since 2012, this “groundbreaking” (The New York Times) new work brings to life the tragic and romantic story of Oscar Wilde. The first full-length narrative ballet to center gay relationships, Oscar© intertwines Wilde’s memories with his tales The Nightingale and the Rose and The Picture of Dorian Gray. 

Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater

December 2, 2026–January 3, 2027

This season promises all the passionate artistry, technical brilliance, and inspiration that make an Ailey performance a singular experience. Under Artistic Director Alicia Graf Mack, tradition and innovation seamlessly align. Enjoy groundbreaking works by contemporary choreographers and classics by Alvin Ailey, including the enduring Revelations, the company’s calling card and the ultimate anthem of resilience and joy.

Gibney Company

January 14–16, 2027

Lucinda Childs, Resident Choreographer of Gibney Company, presents a world premiere full-length work set to Another Look at Harmony, Part 4, a major score by Philip Glass. Structurally rigorous, expansive in duration, and rarely performed in full, this piece will be accompanied by live music performed by the 19-piece French ensemble, Les Métaboles. The work reunites two defining figures of American minimalism in a rare and timely artistic convergence.

Flamenco Festival

March 4–7, 2027

Continuing a quarter of a century-long tradition of bringing the finest flamenco artists from Spain to New York City, the Flamenco Festival this year presents Ballet Flamenco de Andalucía’s Tierra Bendita (Blessed Land). Choreographed by the Company’s Artistic Director Patricia Guerrero and Eduardo Leal, this breathtaking work for 18 performers celebrates flamenco’s rich legacy through a seamless blend of traditional and contemporary expression.

Dance Theatre of Harlem

April 1–4, 2027

Renowned for its powerful artistry, technical brilliance, and visionary approach to ballet, Dance Theatre of Harlem returns with a dynamic program that reflects the company’s bold elegance and forward momentum. This season features thrilling contemporary pieces and reimagined classical expressions—brought to life by the company’s extraordinary dancers.

Ballet Hispánico New York

April 8–11, 2027

In the world premiere of Don Q, Annabelle Lopez Ochoa reimagines the iconic Don Quixote through a striking surrealist lens—in pursuit of the impossible. Set inside Miguel de Cervantes’ restless dreamscape, this full-length work unfolds in shifting forms, fractured logic, and imagination set fully in motion.

NDT 2

April 15–18, 2027

Bold. Innovative. Unforgettable. The electrifying Dutch company returns to City Center with two North American premieres: the intensely visceral SAABA, by internationally acclaimed duo Sharon Eyal and Gai Behar, and a brand-new work by award-winning former company member and associate choreographer Johan Inger.

Paris Opera Ballet

May 12–16, 2027

The world-renowned company returns to City Center in a magnificent, multi-faceted program that highlights their impressive repertory of ravishing classical ballet and modern innovation. Their celebrated French technique is on vivid display in iconic works by Rudolf Nureyev and Victor Gsovsky, and their elegance and precision are highlighted in newer works by Jerome Robbins and Trisha Brown.

Tickets for The Australian Ballet will go on sale for members from May 7 and for the general public from May 21

Tickets for the Fall for Dance Festival will go on sale at 11 am Eastern on August 30

Tickets for Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater will go on sale at noon on September 8

Tickets for other shows in the winter and spring will go on sale for members on August 20 and for the general public on August 27
