“Vitality In Motion meets #LoveInMotion ‘There’s never a day that I’m not grateful for getting to have lived my dream as a professional dancer, now getting to share my passion for dance by helping seniors.’ Owner, Vanessa Woods, formerly a dancer with @stlouisballet, reflects on life from stage to teaching seated dance classes to seniors leading a team of dancers to help spread the joy of dance with those who truly benefit.” @vitality_in_motion

“I love these chilly days 💙” @burbuofficial

“Our existence rides on the tendrils of connection to those we love. Do you celebrate with flowers? Food? For years I have practiced making cakes to celebrate these connections which I believed heightens the ride and can bring more meaning to our lives. I thought this was my love language. Years and years of cakes. But is feeding people a real love language? What to do when we have people in our lives that don’t connect to that sense? Or when cooking and baking begin to feel burdensome? I’m transitioning to actually telling people I love them, showing affection, saying the positive things out loud that they bring to us!? Their traits that enrich our daily lives and make us smile or help us to examine ourselves. This is love in motion. Expanding our love languages given and received can expand our hearts. And who doesn’t need a little more love each day?” @cornelia.craft
